Sectra Annual User Meeting 2012
Sectra is holding its annual PACS/RIS user meeting in New Orleans, LA from March 27-29, 2012. We encourage clients to attend to increase their level of detailed understanding about our solutions, and to share best practice workflow tips and discuss new feature needs with each other.
These courses are ASRT approved and technologists will earn ASRT credits.
User Meeting Registration Deadline: February 27, 2012

After you complete the registration form below, Sectra will make your hotel arrangement and e-mail your confirmation number to you. If you decide to extend your stay before or after the meeting you can contact the hotel directly to adjust your reservation dates.

*The registration fee includes training sessions, materials and meals (Breakfast Tuesday-Thursday, Lunch Tuesday and Wednesday, and Dinner Tuesday and Wednesday). Clients will be sent an invoice by Sectra for the User Meeting Registration Fee.
Dress code is business casual.

Sectra hotel room rate of $134 plus tax has been extended for Sunday, March 25 and Thursday, March 29. Rooms at these rates will go quickly so submit your registration soon. You can call the hotel directly to extend your reservation dates.
Transportation:
Taxis - cost is $33 from airport to the hotel for one or two people.

PACS Sessions: Tuesday, March 27 - Wednesday, March 28 (Arrive by Monday evening)
Arrival: The first session begins on Tuesday, March 27 at 8:00 am. Arrive by Monday evening, March 26.
Departure: The last session concludes on Wednesday, March 28 at 3:00 pm.
Based on airport guidelines and travel time we recommend booking return flights no earlier than 6:00 pm.
PACS and RIS Sessions: Tuesday, March 27 - Thursday, March 29 (Arrive by Monday evening)
Arrival: The first session begins on Tuesday, March 27 at 8:00 am. Arrive by Monday evening, March 26.
Departure: The last session concludes on Thursday, March 29 at 12:00 pm.
Based on airport guidelines and travel time we recommend booking return flights no earlier than 3:00 pm.
RIS Sessions: Wednesday, March 28 - Thursday, March 29 (Arrive by Tuesday late afternoon)
Arrival: The group dinner starts at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, March 27, and the first session begins Wednesday, March 28 at 12:30. Arrive by Tuesday at 6:00 pm if you would like to attend the group dinner, or arrive Wednesday by 11:30 if you would like to attend the group lunch.
Departure: The last session concludes on Thursday, March 29 at 12:00 pm.
